Vaal Mall expansion to enhance retail experience

Following seven successful years of being the premier shopping destination of Vanderbijlpark and the Vaal Triangle, Vaal Mall will undergo a substantial 20,000sqm expansion in 2014.

Middelburg Mall announces R180m extension

The fresh and modern Middelburg Mall in Mpumalanga’s fastest growing town is expanding to open its second phase on 25 September 2014. 

Standard Bank has approved R349m in term and development funding for the Eyethu Orange Farm Mall in Orange Farm, a deal which is expected to help rejuvenate the impoverished settlement south of Johannesburg.

An innovative joint venture in Heidelberg between the Lesedi Council and private developers is bringing not only a new regional shopping centre to the town, but R600 million in capital investment and up to 1,200 permanent jobs.

The new R400 million Eyethu Orange Farm Mall is poised to act as a major catalyst not only for the Orange Farm and Evaton areas, but for the whole Greater Sebokeng region.

Middelburg Mall, Sandton City, Kagiso Mall, Tribeca Standard Restaurant at Lynnwood Bridge and Hackett London at Sandton City all won top honours at the annual South African shopping centre industry awards

Mall of the North in Polokwane, Limpopo, has been awarded the SAPOA’s (SA Property Owners Association) Innovative Excellence Award in Retail Property Development.
