Greenest municipality winners announced

Ekurhuleni metropolitan has added a feather in its cap by being announced the overall winner in the Greenest Municipalities competition, walking away with prize money of R3.5 million.

The prime industrial node of Chloorkop, will soon house the brand new upmarket, environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing, secure Proton Industrial Park.

Plan to attract investments through airport

The Ekurhuleni Metro Council is banking on the Airports Cities world conference in Kempton Park to lessen the burden of unemployment, homelessness and poverty.

On Monday 4 February Investec Property celebrated breaking ground at the site of a new shopping centre in Mayfield, Daveyton, with a sod-turning ceremony. 

The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality's new R55-million "super" electrical sub-station at Isando has been completed.

Price is the most important inducement for industrial tenants in considering the possible advantages of locating to an industrial development zone.
