City of Cape Town to review signage policy and bylaw, agents should submit comments
The Institute of Estate Agents of South Africa, Western Cape, has been instrumental in discussions with the council to discuss the City of Cape Town’s outdoor advertising and signage policy and bylaw.

FLISP subsidy applications close 31st March
The Institute of Estate Agents of SA (IEASA) Western Cape has been actively involved in educating the public and estate agents about the Finance Linked Individual Subsidy Programme (FLISP), a home loan subsidy for those whose gross combined household income was between R3501 to R15 000 at the time of the home loan approval.
