SAIBPP's conference to address transformation in property industry

THE state’s sale of nonstrategic properties could more than double the size of South Africa’s listed property sector and see transformation in the industry significantly accelerated.

Although the South African listed property market is 48 times the size it was 12 years ago, the unlisted sector remains substantial, holding some of the country’s most prized assets.

Arrowhead Properties has concluded an agreement to acquire Indite Property Fund, a 100% black owned and black managed property fund, as part of their growth and broader Black Economic Empowerment strategies, aligning the company with the SA Property Charter.
