Texton Property Fund today reported a total dividend of 71.37 cents per share for its full-year ended 30 June 2019.

Hyprop revises strategy for long-term gains

Against the backdrop of a deteriorating global economy, JSE retail specialist REIT – Hyprop - achieved higher distributable income in both its South Africa and Eastern Europe portfolios for the year to June 2019. 

Fairvest Property Holdings Limited today announced results for the year to 30 June 2019, with annual distributions increasing by 8.1% to 21.773 cents per share. 

JSE listed diversified real estate investment trust Redefine Properties today announced that its legendary founder and pioneering property investor and developer Marc Wainer retires from the company at the end of August 2019. 

Eris Property Group  has appointed a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Barend de Loor will assume his new role at the property development, investment and services group as of 1 September 2019, succeeding long-standing CEO of 15 years, Warren Schultze.

Shareholders in JSE-listed REITs, Gemgrow Properties  and Arrowhead Properties ( gave their stamp of approval at their respective shareholder meetings on Thursday, 22 August 2019 to the reverse takeover of Gemgrow by Arrowhead, launching a R16 billion (including listed investments), South Africa-focused property fund.

Emira Property Fund has reported a 3.1% increase in distributions for its financial year ended 30 June 2019, delivering on its market guidance and continuing its dividend growth for the second consecutive year following its successful turnaround.

Fairvest withdraws bid to merge with Safari
