Growthpoint Properties Limited today reported distribution growth of 8% for the six-month interim period to 31 December 2013, outperforming original market guidance.

Capco reports a 'strong valuation performance' for its year ended December with a 22% rise in its adjusted diluted net asset value to 249p per share.

Rebosis‚ Delta put Ascension bids on hold

Black-controlled Rebosis Property Fund and Delta Property Fund have put their respective take-over bids for Ascension Properties on hold to avert a protracted bidding war for Ascension's lucrative R3.2bn portfolio of government-tenanted offices.

MAS Real Estate is to raise R1.52bn (about EUR100m) by way of a private placement of 96.7-million shares at R15.75‚ or EUR1.035‚ per share‚ it said on Monday.
