In the joint renewal of cautionary announcement released on 9 December 2019, Delta and Rebosis advised that:

Rebosis Property Fund, the JSE’s first listed black-managed REIT, today reported its results for the year ended 31 August 2019.

In order of most empowered, the REITs are: Arrowhead Properties, Redefine Properties, Growthpoint Properties, Equites Property Fund, and Rebosis Property fund.

 Diversified, South African-focused property fund Arrowhead today reported results for the year ended 30 September 2018.

South African focussed JSE listed REIT Arrowhead announced strong operating performance for the period ending 31 March 2018.

Rebosis Property Fund, the JSE’s first listed black-managed REIT, sustained solid distribution growth for the half-year ended 28 February 2018. 

Rebosis Property Fund, the JSE’s first listed black-managed REIT, sustained solid distribution growth for the year ended 31 August 2017.
