Property fund adds to assets

Listed property unit trust SA Corporate Real Estate Fund continues to transform its property portfolio by disposing and acquiring new property assets.

Emira Property Fund, a listed property unit trust, has posted a 5% rise in distributions to 113.52c for the year ended June.

Emira Property Fund has recently replaced R650m of bank-sourced debt with funds raised in the debt capital market – thereby bringing down its cost of borrowings significantly
