A new stand-alone property broking division has been launched by the Spire Property Group.

Over the last three months Investec Property Fund (“IPF”) has secured new leases for premises within its industrial portfolio, totalling approximately 60,000m2.  

Broll Property Group was the broker firm that secured the most new deals across South Africa by value for Growthpoint.
