Sandton property development continues

Commercial real estate investors and developers continue to pour billions into the Sandton CBD.

Construction materials supplier Afrimat expects earnings and headline earnings per share to be 20%-30% higher for the year to February as a result of lower costs.

Capitalising on three years of successful developments, most of which sold out within two weeks, Bellandia will launch a new project on May 15 which, says MD Drew Danford, "should sell out even quicker than our previous projects".
