Financially troubled property company Pinnacle Point Group will have its Lagos Keys project in Nigeria, terminated as it cannot raise funds to develop the venture.
Pinnacle has advised that it has signed an agreement with its major shareholder, Trilinear Empowerment Trust, in terms of which Trilinear will subscribe for 1.3m new shares.
