One of Benoni's first malls, Northmead Mall, situated in busy First Street, Northmead, on the northern side of the N12, has received a complete facelift.

The 1st phase of the refurbishment, representing an investment of close on R 30million, will be completed by November 2013, while a 2nd phase focusing on the introduction of additional parking facilities and a centralised Food Court, will commence early next year.

One Property Holdings (OPH) in collaboration with Capstone Property Group recently announced the refurbishment of Northmead Mall in Benoni with the Phase 1 interior renewal set to be complete in April 2013.
