Mara Delta Property Holdings, the first African focused property fund listed on both the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the JSE, has announced today a full rebrand and unveiled its new corporate identity.

JSE-listed diversified real estate investment trust Redefine Properties has delivered another solid performance after increasing its distribution by 7.5% to 44.82 cents per share for the six months to 28 February 2017.

Speaking at the Africa Hotel Investment Forum in Kigali, Rwanda, Xander Nijnens, Senior Vice-President, Hotels and Hospitality Group, JLL Sub-Saharan Africa, announced that Lux Island Resorts Limited has entered into an agreement to sell its Tamassa resort on the Indian Ocean Island of Mauritius for US$40 million.

Mara Delta (formerly Delta Africa), the first multi-listed property fund to offer international property investors direct access to immediate high growth opportunities on the African continent outside of South Africa, today announced the successful acquisition of the Tamassa Resort, located in Bel Ombre on the south western coast of Mauritius.
