Jo’burg - A City Rejuvenated

Inner city regeneration around the world is not a new concept and in South Africa it is currently occurring in all the major centres. Success is universal and momentum is continually fuelled by newer and bigger public and private investment projects

The four star Mapungubwe Hotel Apartments on the corner of Ferreira, Marshall and Anderson Streets in the Jo’burg inner city will be opened on July 1 2007.  So says Gustav Holtzhausen of Circlevest Properties, joint project developers with Atterbury Property.
