Arrowhead Properties (Arrowhead) and Propertuity have concluded an agreement whereby Arrowhead will acquire eight buildings in the Maboneng Precinct for R180 million.

Propertuity and Pam Golding Properties (PGP) have announced that they have entered into a strategic partnership in which PGP will not only market residential accommodation in one of Johannesburg’s most vibrant and trendy precincts, Maboneng, but it will also provide strategic guidance and advice.

Phase 2 refurbishments to Jewel City, a high-security district in the eastern part of the Johannesburg CBD and located adjacent to the Maboneng Precinct, were completed this month
