Positive Outlook for commercial property in Lynwood
The commercial real estate recovery in Lynnwood, east of Pretoria is set to advance in 2013 as modest gains in leasing and rentals extend as more commercial developments come onstream. This is according to Broll Property Group’s latest Lynnwood Nodal Report.
