RICS spotlight on the future of African real estate

The South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in London have committed to solidifying their relationship by signing a "Mutual Recognition of Professional Competence".

First female President for RICS

With effect from 30 June 2014, Louise Brooke-Smith became President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Having highlighted Africa as a primary focus, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) global President Elect, Louise Brooke-Smith is currently visiting South Africa (February 2014) and Ghana.
