Hilton today announced the signing of a management agreement with Growthpoint Properties, South Africa’s largest REIT, to open a hotel under its lifestyle Canopy by Hilton brand. 

Listed property loan stock company Paramount Property Fund (Paraprop) is on the road to recovery with a 4% surge in distributions to unitholders for the year to October. The previous year was bad, and saw a significant decline in its distributions.
