R12m boost for Jeffreys Bay

Main beach area in Jeffreys Bay is set to undergo a facelift thanks to a financial boost of more than R12m from the Department of Environmental Affairs.

The land included in the sale is the land on either side of the existing apartment block. There are further development rights in place for another 80 units.
