Eastern Cape is the fastest growing province in SA in terms of house price increases for the third quarter of this year, compared with the corresponding period last year.

Scorching house prices spark bubble fears

The rocketing residential property market is still showing no signs of slowing down, with a nominal year-on-year increase of 27,7% recorded in house prices in August this year, the highest since February 1982.
