As South Africa continues gradually emerging from the national lockdown, the luxury residential property market is showing promising signs of increasing activity, says Dr Andrew Golding, chief executive of the Pam Golding Property group.

One thing is certain, apart from the overall inflationary impact, the spiralling cost of fuel directly impacts on the demand for conveniently situated, sectional title property in key economic hubs – close to the workplace, schools and all amenities.

Heartwood Properties, a 4AX listed commercial development company, has partnered with renowned landscape artist and sculptor, Strijdom van der Merwe, to transform the outdoor space of a popular office block, Willow Wood, in Fourways, Gauteng.

The fourth and final phase of the popular Willow Wood Office Park, developed by Heartwood Properties, in Fourways in Gauteng, is currently under construction and due for completion in March next year.
