No fraud loss to fund

Investec Property Group has acted quickly to nip in the bud a case of alleged fraud at Metboard Properties, a listed fund it manages.

Metboard Properties Limited’s market capitalisation has exceeded R1 billion for the first time resulting from the continued growth of the fund and the buoyant performance of the listed property sector.

IndustrialL-focused listed property fund Metboard Properties has exceeded its own expectations, reporting a 2,8% rise in distributions to unitholders for the six months ended September 30 compared with the same period last year.
