Rabie has sold more than R550million of residential property at Burgundy Estate since getting involved as a joint venture partner with Nedbank in early 2015.

Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking and Rabie Property Group have joined forces to complete the Burgundy Estate residential development in Cape Town with the first two projects totalling 370 units at a cost of R400 million due to get underway.

With Industrial and Commercial areas in the Western Cape in high demand, it comes as no surprise that the recently released Contermans Kloof Industrial area, adjacent to the N7/ Blouberg corridor, is already in high demand and a hub of activities.
