Acucap's distribution rises above average

Acucap Properties reported that its distributions increased 19,3% to 108,51c for the six months to September due to a solid performance from its property portfolio

Listed  property company Atlas, which has a market capitalisation of just more than R1bn and property assets worth more than R1,3bn, said on Friday that its distributable earnings a unit had increased 9,3% to 115,26c for the year to September.

In-house management services boost Atlas

PROPERTY loan stock company Atlas Properties announced yesterday that it had increased its distribution 6,3% for the six months ended March 31 this year compared with the corresponding period in the previous year.

Property loan stock company Atlas Properties (ATS) has reported a total distribution to unit holders of 41.8 cents per unit for the six months to end-March 2004, up from 39.4 cents a unit for the comparable period a year earlier.
