The Barrow Group's empowerment associate, Makhudu Barrow Singh, has been awarded the contract to build a new warehouse and workshop complex for truck distributor Scania in Alrode, Johannesburg.

Investec Property is developing the R27 million Scania project for listed property group Growthpoint. The development will occupy 16 293m², which will require consolidation of the entire portion of one stand and part of an adjacent property.
