ApexHi, has made a counteroffer of R896.36 million for the MICC.

ApexHi, the listed property loan stock company, has made a counteroffer of R896.36 million for the MICC Property Income Fund, which it said was more favourable than an offer made by the Vukile Property Fund in early September.
