Kellogg's SA extends its tenancy with Redefine Income Fund

Redefine Income Fund has signed a deal with Kellogg's SA (Pty) Ltd for nearly 10,000m2 of warehouse and office space at Wingfield Park in Jet Park near Johannesburg International Airport. Kellogg's has renewed its lease over this space for the next three years.

Pepkor takes new premises in Isando

Pepkor Retail Limited has taken premises of 3,300m2 in Redefine Income Fund's Wrench Road (Isando) building. This two year lease, which has resulted in this building being fully let, was concluded recently.  For further information, please contact:
