Grand Baie, Mauritius. New Frontier Properties received recognition for the presentation and content of its 2017 Integrated Report at the PwC Corporate Reporting Awards held earlier this month.

Listed as a Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alt-X market of the JSE in Johannesburg, the Company acquires and develops good quality, income generating retail and logistics property in the UK and Europe.

New Frontier placed first in the category “Listed Global Business Companies” against major international real estate companies.

Since 2014, annual reports are reviewed based on the International Integrated Reporting Framework, endorsed on 5 December 2013 by the Integrated Reporting Council.

Oliver Rey, PwC Partner, describes the corporate reporting award as “an opportunity for our business community to recognise the importance of building trust in our society through Integrated Reporting.”

According the panel of external, independent experts, “New Frontier Properties Limited is a class above in terms of content and feel of the report. They displayed better clarity in their reporting.”
