Fairvest Property Holdings acquires Shoprite Heidelberg shopping centre for R54m

Fairvest Property Holdings has entered into an agreement with Vilhas Property CC to acquire the Shoprite Heidelberg shopping centre rental enterprise as a going concern for R54 954 500.


The property is situated at 61 Voortrekker Street, Heidelberg, Gauteng.

“The Acquisition is consistent with the Company’s growth strategy whereby the Company will focus on acquiring retail assets with a weighting in favour of non-metropolitan areas and lower LSM sectors,” the company said.
