Mrs. Ipeleng Nonkululeko Mkhari, B.A. Soc. Science, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Motseng Outsourced Services.

Mrs. Mkhari serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Motseng Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited and Motseng Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd. She co-founded Motseng Investment Holdings (Pty) Limited ("MIH") and serves as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). 

She founded Phosa Iliso CCTV in 1998 the first black woman-owned and managed CCTV business in South Africa. Mrs. Mkhari has 6 years marketing experience with the Motseng Investment Holdings Group, specifically focusing on services. She co-founded Motseng Investment Holdings.

She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Nampak Limited since October 1, 2013. She has been an Independent & Non-executive Director of KAP International Holdings Limited since November 12, 2004. She serves as a Non-Executive Director of SA Corporate Real Estate Fund Managers Limited (FKA: Marriott Property Fund Managers Limited), a manager of SA Corporate Real Estate Fund (also known as Martprop Property Fund).

She serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of KAP International Holdings Limited. She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ambit Properties Ltd. since 2003. She serves as a Director of inter-alia and Dano Textiles (Pty) Ltd., Old Mutual Investment Group Property Investments, St John’s Diocesan School for Girls and she is a council member of the Durban University of Technology.

She is a Non Executive Director of SA Corporate and Real Estate Fund. She served as a Non-Executive Director of Delta Property Fund Ltd. until October 2014. Mrs. Mkhari holds a BA Social Science degree from the University of Natal and has completed the Executive Development Programme (Wits 2004).
