Oasis Crescent Property Fund rises 1.47% to R13.80 after saying it has reduced its vacancy level from 15.9% at the end of March last year to 3.2%.

Oasis Crescent Property Fund (OAS) rose 1.47% to R13.80 on Friday after saying it had reduced its vacancy level from 15.9% at the end of March last year to 3.2%.

The trading statement did not include earnings expectations‚ but warned major refurbishments at its Moorsom Avenue property would hurt this financial year's earnings‚ which would recover once "a national manufacturer and retailer" took tenancy in November
