Orion expects basic earnings to have decreased for the year ended December 2011.

Franz Gmeiner

Orion Real Estate (ORE) advised shareholders on Monday that it expects basic earnings to have decreased from 0.31 cents per linked unit to approximately 0.00 cents per linked unit for the year ended December 2011.

Headline earnings are expected to have declined from 0.31 cents per linked unit to 0.00 cents per liked unit.

The company said that although an improvement in income generated had materialised, this was however eroded by higher levels of expenditure and the provision for debenture revaluation.
