Various industrial assets representing diverse investment opportunites are going to market.

Property-Housing-ResidentialTwo fruit farms and a modern fruit drying factory:

Two prime Barrydale fruit farms, as well as a modern and fully equipped fruit drying factory, will be brought under the hammer during an onsite auction on October 14. The two farms will be sold as going concerns with all implements and moveables. 

Weltevrede, the first farm, measures approximately 229ha, of which 60,43ha are under Orchards, with 10ha of apricots, 35,973ha of peaches, 7,532ha of pears and 6,915ha of plums.

Op De Tradouw, the second farm, measures approximately 167ha, of which 77,049 ha are under orchards, with 33,077ha apricots, 35,272ha peaches, 4,820ha pears, 0,990ha apples and 2,89ha plums.

Both farms are water rich and feature several dams, as well as sufficient water for further development.

Included in the sale, is a lease agreement with a neighbouring farm for a period of 10 years, which commenced on 1 March 2010, and has an option to renew for a further 10 years.

Vacant land in Airport Industria:

Well-situated vacant land in the established industrial node of Airport Industria, offering an excellent development opportunity, will be brought under the hammer.

The property is situated at 27 Munich Road, approximately 4 kilometres away from Cape Town International Airport, and enjoys easy access via the N2 Highway.

The property is zoned industrial, and extends over a GLA of 2,485m².  The site is rectangular in shape, and enjoys street exposure onto Munich Road.
