Port Elizabeth airport to get hotel

Port Elizabeth is to get a hotel at its airport after Airports Company SA (Acsa) selected City Lodge to operate hotels earmarked for three airports, including Johannesburg‘s OR Tambo and another in Bloemfontein. Port Elizabeth‘s hotel is billed as a “one-star Road Lodge” which will have 90 rooms.

Building is expected to start in early 2009 and it is due for completion by mid-2010.
